Which level will I be tested at?

You do not commit to a level in advance. Our Open Exam assesses your actual language proficiency and fairly rates you at Level 4, 5 or 6.

How long does the exam take?

At least 30 minutes, divided into a Semi-Direct Section (pre-recorded tasks) and an Interview (live conversation with the examiner). Standard phraseology and Plain Language in various operational scenarios.

How quickly will I receive my result?

Typically within 48 hours. The recording is assessed by an independent Linguistic Expert (LPLE) – this guarantees objectivity and thoroughness.

How long is my result valid?

Level 4 (Operational): 4 years. Level 5 (Extended): 6 years. Level 6 (Expert): indefinitely. Validity starts from the exam date.
